Gorilla Trekking in Uganda

The unforgettable moment once you sit a few meters from a four-hundred-pound silverback and his whole family, the world comes alive, and your view of the natural world is changed forever.

Gorilla trekking can be relatively difficult, it involves walking through thick forests and hills. The best time to go gorilla watching is in June, July, and August especially if you’re combining the trip with the wildebeest migration watching taking place in Serengeti. The gorillas despite their strength are shy and submissive, however, we do not recommend eye contact as they can likely interpret it as a challenge or form of aggressivity. You might think that the main focus of your trip to Uganda will be to experience the mountain gorillas, but it will be so much more. It is definitely a trip of a lifetime.

South Georgia and Antarctic Peninsula: Penguin Safari

Penguin Safari itinerary is the fastest way to get to the seldom visited South Georgia Island while also setting foot on the 7th continent. Photograph massive albatross and soar around the ship, guiding toward South Georgia. Beaches teeming with king penguins and elephant seals. Antarctica awaits, with its soaring peaks and staggering expanse. Go further into the Antarctic sea on a Zodiac, experience the rugged peninsula from a sea kayak, and undertake an exhilarating hike up a sparkling glacier. In these ways and countless others, Antarctica will amaze, surprise and delight.

French Polynesia

French Polynesia — an overseas territory made up of 118 islands and atolls that belongs to France. Located in the South Pacific Ocean, it is halfway between California and Australia.

Tahiti and Bora Bora are the most well-known French Polynesian islands, thanks to their picture-perfect beaches and romantic ambiance. The heart-shaped island of Moorea makes a wonderful base for divers and snorkelers eager to explore its surrounding barrier reef system.

Tahitians are proud of their islands and happy to share their way of life with their guests in many ways. They are really relaxed people who live according to the aita pea pea philosophy (meaning “no worries”). You’re going to just love it there.

Nepal

Mount Everest base camp, does it sound like a good plan for you?

Nepal has southern access to Mount Everest compared to Tibet’s northern access. But Nepal is much more than the breathtaking Himalayas. The rich culture is influenced by Hinduism from their neighbor India, and by Buddhism as Nepal is the birth place of the Buddha. It is a land of varying altitudes, from the heights of Mount Everest to the lowlands of Chitwan, where elephants and rhinos roam in tropical forests, and crocodiles swim in the wild rivers. Go for sightseeing in the capital Kathmandu, for trekking on the Anapurna circuit, and embrace the spiritual atmosphere of the temples. If you want to experience something special, this is no doubt one of the best lifetime trips you can hop on.

Thailand

Asia…so rich in culture, so wonderful, so mystic.

Thailand, lying on the mainland of Southeast Asia, is one of its endless wonders. If you like to discover rich cultures, eat delicious food, browse picturesque beaches and have fun at the same time. Thailand is the right place for you. So vibrant, but still relaxing, religious but still full of parties and entertainment, easy to explore and touristic but still authentic and not so much developed. Start your trip in Bangkok, having a Thai beer while watching Muay Thai martial art, visit buddhist temples with majestic Buddha statues and take a ride on Tuk-tuk, a three-wheeled motor vehicle used as a taxi. Of course the gorgeous islands await for you, so hurry up on south of Thailand and dive into the relaxing atmosphere taking a thai massage while watching the sunset on one of the white sandy beaches. Not bad right? The list goes on…bathing in the waterfall in the middle of a jungle, full moon parties famous on Koh Phangan island, snorkeling and much more. Island hopping is very popular way to explore multiple Thai islands and it is so easy, and very convenient for curious tourists who want to explore as much as they can.

Iceland – the land of ice and fire

The nature of Iceland is breathtaking. You can explore everything from glaciers and natural hot springs to volcanoes, geysers, black sand beaches and impressive lava fields to waterfalls and sculptural mountains. Stunning Aurora Borealis (Northern lights) happen from September to early April when the sky gets dark as Iceland has only daylight during summer. In Iceland, you are almost guaranteed to spot humpback whales and most whale-watching tours will take you to seaside cliffs to observe puffins. You can take a dip in a geothermal lake or hot springs which are all over Iceland. The most famous is the Blue Lagoon close to the capital Reykjavik where you can actually swim. It is a large lake on the Reykjanes peninsula with an average water temperature of 102 degrees year-round. The warm seawater is rich with minerals like silica and sulfur, which heal the skin. See the both worlds of ice and fire. There are plenty of glaciers and glacial lakes like Jökulsárlón lake in southeast Iceland, lava fields and volcanoes.

A popular trip in Iceland is Golden Circle. His proximity to the international airport makes it very convenient for travelers with limited time. It can be done even in one day and you will see the stunning wonders of this magic country.

You will explore Gulfoss magnificent waterfalls, geyser Strokkur reliably gushes its fountains of boiling hot water every 8-10 minutes up to 30 meters in the air, Þingvellir national park where two tectonics plates drifted apart so you can snorkel and dive between the two continents and volcanic crater Kerið.
